Keynote Speaker - Scott Curry 

Senior Director, Industry Engagement, University of North Florida

Scott Curry, MSM, is a data-driven leader, educator, and connector who specializes in building high-impact partnerships between higher education, industry, and community organizations. With more than a decade of experience in employer engagement, workforce development, and STEM-focused education, Scott is known for transforming complex systems into accessible, results-oriented programs that benefit students, employers, and institutions alike.

At the University of North Florida, Scott has led initiatives that centralized employer engagement, increased industry participation by 30 percent, and helped elevate student recruiting engagement by more than 130 percent. He has successfully designed scalable engagement models aligned with academic program with regional workforce needs, and secured record-setting generated and committed sponsorship support supporting student success programming. His work emphasizes sustainable partnerships, shared value, and long-term talent pipelines rather than transactional recruiting.

Beyond campus, Scott serves on regional workforce and talent advancement boards and is an active member of national and statewide professional associations. In this session, he will offer practical insights, compelling data, and real-world stories that empower us to adapt with confidence, rethink outdated systems, and uncover new possibilities at moments of transition. When he isn’t on-campus, Scott spends his free time with his daughter Katelyn and wife Andrea in Jacksonville, FL.

AACRAO Incoming Vice President for Admissions and Enrollment Management- Lenell Hahn 

Executive Director of Enrollment Strategy, Southeast Missouri State University

As the Executive Director of Enrollment Strategy at Southeast Missouri State University, Lenell Hahn oversees retention efforts and manage key departments, including the Registrar's Office and Military and Veterans Services. She began her journey at SEMO in July 2023, after holding various roles in admissions, culminating in Assistant Vice President of Enrollment Management from April 2025 to January 2026. She actively contributes to the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO) as Vice President of Admissions and Enrollment Management and have served in multiple leadership positions within the Missouri Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admission Officers (MACRAO).

Recognized as Element451’s 2021 Captain of the Year, her and her team have received several awards for their engagement efforts. Lynell holds an associate degree from Three Rivers College and a BSBA and MBA from Southeast Missouri State University, along with certifications in enrollment analytics and customer service. With over 20 years of experience, she has presented at numerous conferences, dedicated to helping students realize the transformative power of a college education.
