At the University of North Florida, Scott has led initiatives that centralized employer engagement, increased industry participation by 30 percent, and helped elevate student recruiting engagement by more than 130 percent. He has successfully designed scalable engagement models aligned with academic program with regional workforce needs, and secured record-setting generated and committed sponsorship support supporting student success programming. His work emphasizes sustainable partnerships, shared value, and long-term talent pipelines rather than transactional recruiting. Beyond campus, Scott serves on regional workforce and talent advancement boards and is an active member of national and statewide professional associations.
